To comply with privacy law, IVI Incorporated (“IVI,” “we,” “us” or “our”) provides this website privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) to outline the data collected through our website, www.ivinc.com (the “Site”), the purpose for collecting the data, and with whom we share the collected data. - We collect several types of information on our Site. - For analytics and measurement, to understand how the Site is being used, in order to make improvements.
- To serve more relevant ads on the internet (by visiting certain pages of this Site, you may have data stored that would allow you to be served an ad by us through our internet advertising partners). The Site does use the “Advertising Features” of Google analytics.

Storage of Data and Sales/Business Transactions: The Site stores data submitted by customers, potential customers, and potential candidates for a limited period of time not to exceed ninety (90) days. The Site does NOT link to anything on the IVI corporate network. Furthermore, NO credit card or other sales/business transactions are recorded through the Site.
Google Analytics Advertising Features: Visitors can opt-out of the Google Analytics Advertising Features by changing Ads Settings, Ad Settings for mobile apps, or any other available means (for example, the NAI’s consumer opt-out). We encourage you to use Google Analytics’ currently available opt-outs for the web.
Your Rights
If you are a European resident or a resident of certain states in the United States which regulate the use or storage of personal information, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your personal information in order to respond to inquiries you make regarding our products and services, recognizing our current policy to not ship outside of North America. Additionally, please note that your personal information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States.

We will change, amend and update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our privacy practices, technology, products and services, general business operations and industry. In the event of any such change, we will post a revised policy on this Site and revise the “Last Updated” date of such Policy.
