Responsibilities

SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces frequent travel, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor job site progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure profitability.
  • Maintain clear communication and documentation with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Lead all phases of project execution including estimating, proposal development, purchasing, engineering, and fabrication.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.

Education Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or similar field or a combination of equivalent work experience and education

 

Experience Requirements

REQUIRED  EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of project management experience working in a mechanical/construction environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in the design, installation, or maintenance of Mechanical Air System, including HAVAC, ventilation, and air distribution systems.

Skills

  • Proficiency of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of project management software such as Procore and SalesForce.
  • Knowledge of estimating software (ex. Sage) and estimating fabrications/installations

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
